Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided We offer residential and/or commercial trash and recycling bin cleaning services. This may include: - High-pressure hot water cleaning - Deodorizing - Sanitizing - Exterior wipe-down (if applicable) Services are performed on the scheduled date, typically following your local waste collection day.
2. Service Schedule and Access Bins must be empty and accessible at the curbside or designated area by 7:00 Am on the scheduled service day. If bins are not accessible or contain waste at the time of service, we reserve the right to skip the cleaning. Fees may still apply. We are not responsible for rescheduling if waste collection is delayed or missed unless notified at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept [list accepted forms of payment, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, online payments]. For subscription services, billing will occur on a [monthly/quarterly/annual] basis, depending on your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy Customers enrolled in a subscription plan may only cancel their subscription after the third completed cleaning. Early cancellations (before the third cleaning) will not be honored and may still be subject to continued billing until the third service is completed.After the third cleaning, cancellations must be requested in writing via email at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period. No refunds will be issued for unused services after a billing cycle has started.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling (Non-Subscribers) You may cancel or reschedule a one-time service with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for services already rendered.
6. Customer Responsibilities Ensure that all bins are free of hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, or other prohibited materials. Provide safe and unobstructed access to bins. Notify us of any changes to your trash collection schedule or bin location.
7. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for: - Damage to bins due to prior wear and tear - Inability to clean bins due to residue buildup beyond normal levels - Any pest issues not related to the cleaning service Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Service Modifications We reserve the right to modify the services or these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
9. Termination We may terminate or suspend your service for any reason, including non-payment or repeated failure to provide access to bins.
10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
